Its really interesting square that is different from the others.
There are a lot of sculptures and just the way it is built is fascinating.

Nice statuary. They evoke the strength and command that they should. The square is on the way to so many other activities, that it deserves 10 or so minutes to visit. I give it a rating of 4 because it has no seating. So, it doesn't invite a communal atmosphere.

We went to visit the Zoo and discovered this awesome memorial on the way there. there are a lot of other sites to see in this area so set aside a few hours and head over there on the underground train.

We visited while they’re clearly setting up for a show of some kind but still impressive. Not much more I can say but it’s definitely a must see

Personally, I never find those type of squares interesting with glamorous statues from history and if you have ever been to Rome, all other squares similar to those look quite unimpressive. It is recommended in all the guide books to visit and sometimes it is impossible to miss those landmarks as they are located in the center, however you will not see something unique in Heroes' Square. Marbles, horses, heroes from history and old-looking statues.
