I booked at Baross Hotel as it was the most convenient location for various meetings that I had to attend - I was concerned of what it would be like, as hotels near to train stations in major cities are not usually the best - I was pleasantly surprised, as while not pretending to be a 5* hotel, it was spotlessly clean (as well as my room) - breakfast (continental) was adequate and fresh with good coffee - the out of season room rate was great value for money - the staff were all vey friendly (with a genuine smiles) and extremely efficient and helpful - the hotel is secure with access control, security guard at the street entrance and 24h reception - room safe is provided - I would stay there again
