I stayed at this hotel for a week with my mother, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (I can not emphasize this enough), and the hotel was clean and quiet. Though not centrally located, the public transport was regular and easy to use, and there were some important sights within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood in the green hills of Buda was reasonably nice, and we took some great evening walks around.
We happened to visit in a transitional time of the spring, so that neither the heating nor the air-conditioning was on, and the rooms were a bit cold and clammy, but not uncomfortably so. The noice from the street might bother some, but being urban dwellers we hardly noticed it.
The breakfast and restaurant in general were quite good, and again, the service was wonderful. The free WiFi was very much appreciated and it was reasonably fast, though the hotel wasn't booked very full during our stay, so I can't vouch for it's speed during more popular times.
When we visit Budapest again, we will quite certainly use this hotel again!More
