We stayed at the Astoria in July 2014 and we were certainly not disappointed! The room was excellent - bed extremely comfortable, bathroom perfect - had a bath :), breakfasts were divine. Everything was just the best! But the best of all was Manager, Tomas Vajda. What a lovely person - exceptionally professional, approachable and helpful - genuinely understands what travelers need and want. His English is excellent too! Thank you Tomas for a lovely stay at this classic, world renowned hotel. You really made our days in Budapest the most enjoyable!
