I visited this stadium during a normal morning, so the stadium was closed and as a result there were no matches scheduled but in any case it is possible to access the area surrounding it and climb the staircase leading up to the steps by which it has a remarkable panoramic views across the playing field and the stands.
It is not certainly the most beautiful stadium I've ever seen but I think every "sports arena" has its own charm.
In any case it is not worth going to see it, apart the view from the stage there is nothing to see and reach this place it's going to be a waste of money and time, much better focus on the monuments of the city center.
