Very good late light lunch. Very tasty pasta. Broccoli soup very nice but could have been warmer. Ambience light & airy. Toilets immaculate

“friendly and delicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 November 2013

While tired and hungry walking through the streets of Budapest (Buda side) we came across this cheerful looking little cafe. The barista was friendly and offered to make us a coffee that wasn't on the menu but that we had been used to in the states. The tortes were delicious as well. They had big TV's showing soccer and also books. I can't read Hungarian, but I can understand soccer so that was kind of fun.

“Great place for afternoon tea or cappuccino”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2013

We were looking for a Hungarian cookbook and decided our feet could use a rest. Upstairs was a tea room where a pianist was playing, families and couples enjoying afternoon tea, coffee, or local beers. Very enjoyable respite.
