After touring the parliment building we came across this modern looking cafe in the middle of a small park. The cafe was quite busy and we sat outside on the terrace (the weather was just about warm enough). Service was just ok, sitting outside seemed to get less good service than those inside as the waitress only popped outside occassionally. The tea was nice enough as was the apple cake but it seemed expensive compared to other places we had visited. Would I go back? probably not.
