The rooms are very big and nice, best ask for room with greater balcony, which are most of them.
Rooms with side street view are not that good but ok for short stay.
Some beds are a bit labile.
I can recommend this aparthotel. The best location you can get for this money.

Apartment was good enough for the family, with two clean rooms and even a complete kitchen. Getting there though was complicated. We were with car so we had to figure where to park, find where the reception was (despite the signs indicating where it is you will feel weird trying to find it), and getting lessons on how to use the keys may pose a question at first.
When getting to the room we saw several warnings about burglary and the big key could then be explained and used to lock four loks..., after that you feel safe. Area is noisy at night, but hotel is close to subway station and from there access is easy to anywhere in Budapest.

There is good and bad to this hostel. The good is that the price was reasonable for the large apartment I got with clean sheets, washroom, dining table, couch, coffee table and a kitchenette. The bad is that the private apartment I got was in the far building and had no wifi. I had to walk out to the courtyard and I saw some people loitering the office for internet access. Also, there are long hallways which are not lit at night and uses motion sensors. I felt extremely uncomfortable coming and going from my apartment. At one point, I ran into the dark hallway just to catch someone by surprise in case someone was waiting to mug me. The apartment across the street is also abandoned and the windows just flap in the wind. It was noisy and creepy!

We arrived here to find a rather unfriendly receptionist who seemed very disinterested in helping us. However, after we were taken up to the apartment, it was BIG and spacious, modern and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised! The rest of the staff were very friendly and willing to answer our questions! The position is excellent too- it is in the centre of Pest, and walking distance to absolutely everything on that side of the city. If you want to go to the Buda side, you can also walk, or you can take the metro which is about 200m away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this place to anyone!

I satyed there for 3 nights in total, the location is convenient, not in the historical center of Pest, but in the commercial center of it. Access to metro station, bus and a 15-20 min walk to the historical center and chain bridge.
Felt very safe leaving my valuables there altough they dont offer a safe (in the room or the reception). I even made a overnight trip to Lake Balaton and they accepted in leaving my heavy luggage and laptop in the reception so I didnt had to carry everything, only one backpack. This made the difference for me.
Very helpful when asked questions at reception as well.
Certainly not romantic or for a romatic getaway but would go back with friends again.

A group of us stayed here for the weekend and between us, we had 5 apartments and every one of them as well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet and of course, cheap. This is basically a apartment block which houses a mixture of residential apartments and tourist one but one apartment houses a 24 hour reception. We paid about £30 a night for each 2 bedroom apartment which is amazing given that these are very nice, functional apartments. We had a washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, satellite tv and balcony. One apartment even had a granite wet room but i think they just got lucky! Old mans pub opposite is decent for a an evening drink and the pizza restaurant opposite was suprisingly good too.

We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved the place and most of all Fantasic value for money. We arrived at Nyugati pályaudvar from the airport and caught the no.6 tram to Blaha Lujza.Walking from Blaha Lujza the apartment hotel is about 100m of the lefthand side of the road between a beauty nail place and the Mint cafe. Press 5 on the number keypad and they will let you in. The reception is on the first floor.
We stayed in apartment 412 on the 4th floor and it was large and spacious over looking the street. The kitchen has everything you may need and very functional. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a bath and hand held shower.
The rest of the apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative for the international traveller is CNN is the only english speaking channel on the tv.The street at night is lacking more street lights so is a bit dingy but my wife and i had no problems coming back at night and felt very safe.We had breakfast included and this was served in the Mint cafe downstairs and this was the only downside to the trip. The breakfast offerings were not very nice and the table with the food is setup right next to a radiator so everything was warm. And the only tea they did not have was Breakfast tea.
I cannot recommend Agape highly enough.Great helpful service and fantastic "home from home" apartment.
