I stayed here with my elderly mother and sister. We had a 2 bed suite which was very spacious with a balcony onto the courtyard from one of the bedrooms and also the lounge area. It was great having a kitchen so we could have breakfast. It was basically equipped and we had to ask for a kettle. The mugs requested never did appear. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street but has a great variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The old Jewish quarter is charming. If you follow the road the hotel is in towards the city centre there are lots of great bars restaurants and pop up bars. The hotel staff were really helpful and spoke great English. The spa was the only disappointment as it is small and basic, but then anything is going to look small in comparison to the fabulous Gellert baths. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and it was fabulous. Great food and service. I would happily stay here again.

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was very easy to find from the airport and overall we paid less than £14 each for our travel from/to the airport and for the duration for our stay (including boat trips) and it didnt take much longer than taxi/shared transfers.

We took 200e bus to the last stop where it meets the Metro line 3 we took that until we reached Corvin-Negyed and then took the Tram heading towards Szell Calmin (think its 5 stops and stop before Oktagon) and then you cross road and head back in direction you came in and its the first stop on the right) _ less than 1 hour either way from the airport.

The Hotel staff we lovely and check in was swift even though we were early (and our room wasnt ready) they locked our cases in the room and we came back a few hours later already checked in.

Breakfast was nice and we never had a problem getting a table even though the hotel was quite busy.

The room was spotless even though the balcony could have done with a brush but the wifi was a bit hit and miss.

The area was good with a lot of cheap bars and restaurants only a few minutes away and we would reconsider staying here if we returned to Budapest

Let's say that this hotel is most definitely not al the level of a 5 star hotel, BUT it is really cheap and in the center of the city.

The "spa" is really small but not in a good, "cozy" way.

However, the rooms are big and clean, and the personnel is very nice.

I would reccomend it for a short stay.

The staff in this hotel are amazing! They are very helpful, polite and solve your every problem. Such a wonderful experience in terms of customer service! The rooms are clean and spacious. It is definately worth putting in a little more money to get a superior suite instead of a standard suite (kitchen, separate bedroom). The hotel is in a central location, it's very close to a metro stop where travelling to any place by metro is fast. The pool area is beautiful and there is also a small gym. Excellent value for your money, would recommend! The restaurant in the ground floor offers good quality food. It is clearly stated in the menu whether the dish suites to people with different allergies or diets (lactose-free, dairy free, gluten free).

Spent 3 nights in apartment room at the Queens Court. Got a great deal, the room was small but very comfy bed. The living room/kitchenette were adequate. We didn't have enough time to use the pool facilities but it looked lovely, staff were all very helpful, we would stay there again.
