Novotel Budapest Danube

Let's start as what you can do for a whole day .... You will wake up early to have your great breakfast with the sexiest and most beautiful waitress' (Be careful if you are Muslim as most of their meals have pork and read the label before make your plate). Then you can use the free wifi to plan your day. Then you can ask the hotel receptionists how you can make your plan a real trip. They are more welcome to assist you and they can speak many different languages to the maximum help they can do for you. They can exchange money for you on the spot but the rate is too far from the exchange offices. When you return back to hotel you can use a desktop computer on the lobby or play xbox for some time. The hotel room are sufficient fit to its capacity. My accommodation was at double room and it was really fascinating. Also you can play your own music via the television cable. The bathroom have two sperated parts. You can take a shower and another person can make a pee in the other separated part. The hotel is 100 % green. Smoking is not allowed in the entire building. You have to have a room key to use the elevator. Also you can invite anyone to the hotel to make your stay more enjoyable but be careful under age girls are not allowed to accomodate with adults. Overall the hotel deserve its price and your stay.

I been traveling to Budapest and Balaton on every summer holiday from 1995 - 2013 and i can say that this hotel is the best one so far.

I been living on many hotels like Ramada Resort, Mercure Budapest, Hotel Zara, Hotell Gellert, Carlton Hotel, Bohem Art Hotel, Promenade city Hotel, Marriot Hotel and many many more.

I really liked the Novotel because of the location. It is on the side that i think more tourist should visit when they are in Budapest. quiet, clean, perfect breakfast, very good english speaking staff and private parking if u like me have a car when visiting Budapest. And if u go by car its also very easy to go in and out of the city from the location.

As i say, the best hotel so far for me in Budapest and me, my wife and 2 young kids will for the first time (i think) book the same hotel 2 years in row. AND thats a very good rating i think :)

Have a nice trip if u go to Budapest and dont forget to visit the countryside if you have the time for it.

Best regards from Alexander Nilsson from Sweden..

Room Tip: We had a family room and that was perfect.

Great Hotel, lovely room and very clean with good bedding and towels, great breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. The location is directly across the river from parliament building and at night must be the best view in Budapest. Very close to tram and metro station for getting to centre of Budapest and the main tourist attractions. Good restaurants close by if you dont wat to go far at night.

Room Tip: All the rooms are good, no need to pay a premium price

I was a return customer, and was happy to see that the hotel kept its high standards, very pleasant ambience and crew. The location is the best of both worlds; not literally central and therefore relatively quiet, at the same time you can be in the very center of town in a short walk, crossing the picturesque Chain Bridge. Will return soonest...

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the Danube and the Parliament !

The hotel complies with the usual Novotel standards in cleanliness and comfort. Its special value lies in its location, right across the Danube from the Parliament, a beautiful view during the day, and even better after dark. The hotel has a fitness room with a sauna, turned on demand. This sauna is very small, but the Király baths are at walking distance. The entrance to the Buda Castle funicular is also near, and other parts of the city may be easily reached with either the subway, using a nearby station at Batthiány square, or the hop-on/hop-off bus, which stops in that square.

Very nice rooms, clean and high standard. Great breakfast. I did not unfortunately have time to enjoy all the facilities, but I think they would be good too.
Great view over the Parliament right over the river. Best for those who does not want to live right in the center. Christmas market just some blocks away, and Buda Castle is also very close.

Room Tip: Visit a dentist. A lot of dentists nearby, cheaper than in Norway.
