Because of the TripAdvisor reviews, we have just had dinner here. The comments on the warm and superb hospitality are all true: Mark looked after us beautifully from giving us the only outside table even when it was marked reserved, to offering advice on the menu and wine, constantly keeping a vigilant eye on our needs. The food was acceptable: my Angus beef with a small serve of salad and two thin slices of garlic bread and my husband’s over cooked dry duck breast did not match the hospitality unfortunately. So go for the hospitality but moderate your food hopes!
