The atmosphere in the garden was really nice and we were given all the time to choose our menu (10€ for 3 dishes!). As the price was not to high I wanted to add a glass of wine and were ask to chose after trying them. No chance to get the bad one...
The servers are really nice and the service is perfect.
What about the menu! Excellent. We choose almost all the dishes and all are very good.
The only comment I can make is that if you order the roll-up while another at your table is ordering the Takito, you might be surprised and thinking that you don't have the expected dish, but you will be wrong.

If you are in Budapest, stop by. (Probably, we didn't experience all) one of the famous place to have a lunch between 12:00 and 15:00.

We were hot and tired when we stumbled across this place at lunchtime but we were made very welcome by friendly, attentive staff.

Lovely surroundings in a shady courtyard set into a cliff a street back from the Danube.

We went for the 3 course set menu and it was great. Not huge portions but enough and great quality.

I can only guess but suspect that the a la carte would be pretty good.

Located at the foot on the Caste hill, 50 meters or so from the roundabout near the tunnel, it is easy to reach and a nice and quiet place. The staff are really friendly and the food was really excellent. Be sure to try the strawberry cream soup, the duck with strawberries, and as much other things as you can from the menu. You will not be disappointed.

We popped in for an after-dinner drink one evening and booked for dinner two nights later.
I found it all rather average and disappointing.
The food was just okay and my main course was so fussy in presentation and lacking in quality that I felt that the chef really needs to rethink his menu.
Compared to so many wonderful Hungarian restaurants we visited, this pales into insignificance.
It is just too pretentious!
