The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the lobby and cafe well set up. The buffet food was rather average, a stodgy fare, with meat floating in thick sauces and fish smothered under mountains of mashed potatoes. There is however in a corner a small grill set up and if one queued up, one could get some freshly grilled meat. Old hard rolls should not be served at breakfast or dried out slices of bread at dinner. The staff was a mixed bunch from very friendly to just polite, some with not very good foreign language skills. The hotel's own spa area looked nice, we did not use it though because it does not have the special thermal water Bük is famous for. The heated indoor access to the public spa is great, but be warned, the spa gets very crowded and if you are there on a cool day when one cannot sit outside, you will not find a space to put down your towel unless you are there at opening time. If you get a special deal, it is well worth the money, otherwise I would not bother.
