half day of relaxing in this very fantastic thermal lake is good and enough as the stron warm water is exhausting you - additional there is no ground and you have either to swim by yourself all time or have some kind of flating aid.new and clean changing rooms

A perfect mini holiday :) the water was warm and the dressing rooms clean. I wasn't very happy about the smoking area but there was one .

The thermal lake is absolutely
magical and a must see for anybody travelling to Hungary. This lake, which has been known for its healing properties since the Roman times, doesn't fail to impress. Floating in the 30 degC plus waters amongst ancient flowering water lilies with the odd bubble from the thermal waters caressing your skin is an unforgettable experience and well worth the pilgrimage even if your plans are just to visit Budapest.

We arrived at the lake and asked for 4 tickets, the cashier (who couldn't speak one single word of English) in her infinite wisdom gave us 3 tickets for the lake and one for the spa!! She gave us 3 passes for the lake, which we obviously queried. She had clearly made a mistake but would not acknowledge it. 😬😬
We asked to speak to her manager so that the mistake could be rectified. Her manner was extremely rude and she pointed to the CCTV and said "camera" in a somewhat threatening manner. The manager did eventually resolve the problem by allowing all 4 of us in to the facility with only 3 passes, despite the fact that the cashier continued to insist that we had asked for one spa.
Be very careful - as alterations and or changes cannot be made !!!!

Not to miss this thermal bathing experience. Beautiful thermal lake in a small village. Experience the swim amidst wonderful nature and beautiful birds flying very close above. Temperature is approximately 31degrees outside and indoor around 35 degrees, so it is comfortable temperature to swim for long hours. Depth of the lake is 2m -38m. Floats can be rented. Good size lockers are provided with the ticket price. Couple of onsite restaurants offer food/ beverages.
