We spent five nights at the hotel during a big event when housing was a premium. Our first night was spent in a tiny room with good A/C. I asked for a room with a bath tub and we were moved on the second day to a MUCH larger room on the top floor. A/C wasn't the best but did work.. The staff was very helpful during our stay and the parking in their garden was a great. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed eating almost every night after eating at a couple of other restaurants in the city that were not as good.
I would say that this is more a two star hotel. The cleaning staff did their best but the linens were very thin and worn. There were stains on my duvet cover but not my husband's. The location was great and easy to walk to the wine festival that was going on during our stay. It was a short and easy drive to the stadium were our event was mostly held.
I have stayed in MUCH worse hotels and paid more. I would stay here again if I return to another event in Kecskemet but would make sure to ask for a room with a bathtub on the garden side. They do have one computer with Internet but we just went to California Coffee House and got free Internet that served our purpose.
