I was there with my spouse in September.
We booked the place through through booking, paid around 100 euro for a Saturday night.
Place itself is fine - we found a few small problems but nothing worth of higlight. We had a room in the first floor on the beginning of the hall - but no problem with noise.
When we arrived parking was full, so we left our car in front of the hotel and no one complained - also there are many possibilities to park around the public spa, which is 50m far away.
There was breakfast included - typical buffe breakfast - but I can say it was definitely better than the average 4* hotels - we arrived pretty early - and no problem with seating, queues etc - big plus.
But what is the best value on this place - my spouse had a dream, that she will be able to walk from our room directly to the spa in the bathrobe (oh, girls) - and this place is directly connected with the big spa - also the spa is included in the price of the room - unlimited access.
We did not try the room service - menu items were not very exciting (typical central european post-communism gastronomy) - so we took our car and went to the Tesco (just go out from the hotel parking, turn right, cross the bridge and you cannot miss it) - we bought hungarian salami and some Tokay wine and did our own picnic in the bed.
I can definitely recommend this place - but be careful - whole Sarvar is occupied by 50+ people (what I liked) - it is very peacefull and quite - no big parties around - I migt come back, but next time I might try the Spirit hotel - which is from what I heard from locals the top spot in west Hungary spa business.
