I booked via booking.com for one of the higher level rooms, supposedly with a computer and separate living room.
It had neither. When I complained at the hotel they claimed this is what I booked despite having the print out which said otherwise and said effectively "You've got a good price, what's your problem?". When I raised it with booking.com and showed them on their own website that this what I paid extra money for they apologised- and blamed the hotel!
If it was the UK I would have taken the issue to trading standards as mis-selling/false advertising.
