“Great hotel, what more can I say”
Reviewed 31 August 2011

Wow, what a great choice we picked. From the first moment you walk in till you leave the experience was excelent. When you check in you are welcomed with apples, cookies, drinks as you do your personalized check in. The reception covers everything from a to z with you. Free mini bars in the room, free wifi and computers in the rooms. Very clean through-out. We even had supper at the hotel. Out of our 19 day trip this was the only time we did not eat on a terrace, we really did not regret. It was one of the best suppers we had during our trip. Was probably our best 5 star that we stayed in during our trip. You will not be disapointed staying here.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything was superb from the moment we arrived and checked in until the moment we left. The staff are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The little touches helped to make this a truly memorable stay. Things like a choice of welcome drinks, home made biscuits in the lounge, free mini bar, free wifi and a computer in your room if you don't have one with you and a wonderful buffet breakfast. This hotel is definitely out of the ordinary for cleanliness, service and the little extras to make your stay just right. Thank you.

A very good facility.
The hotel is luxury and fair in price.
Breakfast is excellent.
Service is very polite.
Minibar is free!!!
Location cannot be better, few minutes from the center of the old city.
Very important - private parking place in the hotel.
There is a private SPA for up to 6 people for extra charge. We did not use it.

Stayed here recently for a business trip in Bratislava and decided to book this place after great reviews on Tripadvisor
From the moment you walk into the place, the service is excellent - welcome drink whilst checking in and very helpful concierge guys at the front door
I booked a single room and it was, in fact, a single bed, which is quite unusual for a hotel. The room had a wonderful feeling of staying in a friend's spare room - but a room that had been tastefully and well decorated with all the mod cons. Very homely indeed and with the free mini bar, I did almost feel like I was at home!
The free wifi throughout the hotel is very useful, especially for work and also keeping in touch with home via FaceTime
Breakfast was lovely and check-out very smooth
I will most certainly return, but next time with my fiancee

Room Tip: Single room is a single bed!

Ok, so its not a NY style boutique hotel so forget any ideas of a cool bar and pool. But it did have very sweet and polite service, not always the case in Slovakia, truth be told, a quiet location five mins walk from the centre and helpful attitude such as arranging the twenty euro smart cab transfer from the airport. pretty good breakfast and apples and biscuits in reception, a nice small touch. Don't choose for the free mini bar though, the one small beer between two of us didn't go far!

Dear guest

We appreciate your comment. You are right – our concept is different from the US boutique hotels, although we call ourselves boutique because of the hotels discreet atmosphere and personalized service. For example, our Jasmine spa is unique in its own way, the whole wellness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna, refreshment and relax areas are subject to booking and available exclusively to the person who booked it. This provision of more privacy to our guests makes us call ourselves a boutique hotel. We also strive to get familiar with the guests and help in every possible way; it is our staff’s genuine desire and no training can replace it. Small touches and attention to detail are always driven higher to get closer to perfection and achieve enrichment of our guests’ impressions from staying with us. The small mini bar is in accord with this mission – it is supposed to provide just light refreshment to please our visitor’s tastes after what might be a tiring or stressful day, or just as a morning catalyst of energy. We look forward to welcoming you on our premises again.

Best wishes
