But since I was driving this worked fine. I actually prefer the no fuss no doorman easy in and out My room was quiet. I had the window open day and night - no noise or other pollution and the light was nice. They give you a lot of outlets. I was able to charge about 5 things at once. THe bathroom tiny as in you turn around and knock your elbow. The hotel doesn't have an iron to lend you and the gym has no water or towels, telltale signs of local management - this hotel is operated under 'license' to Holiday Inn, not by HI itself. I arrived at breakfast at 830, not all that late by my reckoning, but orange juice was gone, tables were all dirty and hard to find a teaspoon. The food was tasty though, village eggs and bread. The staff all over the the hotel are real nice and friendly. If you don't have your own car, avoid this place as it is far from the center and I didn't see any taxis waiting around the hotel entrance.

Chosen as the local office is close to it. Building itself not very interesting, but inside seems getting refurbished. Very nice, renovated room with comfortable bed, aircondition, flatscreen TV, clean, free internet. Nothing more needed for a good night sleep and relax. City center for a dinner and walk is just four euro taxi ride away (calling local radio taxi). Pool, sauna clean. Breakfast has a big choice. Coming back. Recommended.

Made a golf-trip to Austria (Vienna-area) and decided to stay in Bratislava. We were a group of three persons (three sgl-rooms) and for our purpose the Holiday Inn was perfect match; easy to reach the motorway, good and many-sided breakfast, safe garage for the car and the price appr. 60 euros/night, so was can you expect more.
Internet in the rooms worked perfectly, sauna and pool was okay and the tennis -court was palyable.
As many have said before, this hotel IS NOT LOCATED in the center of Bratislava, so don´t expect that and you won´t be disappointed. We fould many good and value-for-money restaurants in the center, but you need a ride to get there.
We would definitely come back!

The hotel location is not great; there are a few stores that are not too far away but honestly you will be getting transportation wherever you need to go. However, the rooms are pretty large for a European hotel, the rooms are pretty well appointed, and the staff was friendly enough. I got free internet and a free breakfast so the value was pretty high. While I would recommend the hotel, there may be better hotels out there in Bratislava. You'll have to decide for yourself on value vs. location.

Holiday Inn, Bratislava is a nice hotel for Business travellers.. Its outside the hustle of city centre and not too far off in a taxi..

Staff are helpful, the internet is free of cost! and the breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and decent size; what you would really expect from a Holiday Inn brand.

All in all a good bet for business travellers!

We have been visiting Bratislava for th Christmas market and stayed in the hotel 2 nights. I have no hesitations recommending this Holiday Inn to any casual traveler visiting this city. This Holiday Inn is a very clean, room are modern and newly refurbished and SPACIOUS! Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is no located in the city center, but hotel taxi costs only 15 EUR, which is very reasonable with comparison of other taxi fares.
