The staff there I found to be great. Very friendly and helpfull (which I wasn't sure what to expect in Bratislava). The hotel itself is close to a lot of the nightlife and the center core of the city. The rooms of course are from the old world era, so don't expect a lot. The showers are pretty much a bathtub which takes a bit getting used to. The blankets for the beds are unique and may be a little strange at the start. Plus the rooms are a bit chilly in the morning (not sure I'd want to be here in the winter).
All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I ever go back. The only downfall I found was that the restaurant/bar there (cheapest beer in the city they claim and I don't doubt it) closed fairly early at night. Was hoping to get a beer at 1am and found it was closed up. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay and if you don't care about fancy rooms and paying for a ton of amenities then this place is perfect and cheap...
