“The coziest place in old town”
Review of Presporak Cafe - CLOSED

Presporak Cafe
Description: Little coffee shop in historical centre just a jump from Michael's gate and on the direction to the Bratislava's castle. Quiet place for rest running by owner itself. Excellent coffee, fresh homemade limonade and cakes. Atmosphere of early 19. century with antique artefacts and small library.

Very little home cafe. All made of flea market stuff. You'll really enjoy having some tea or even slivovitsa there. Prices are good. The best is interier

“Genuine and marvelous”
Reviewed 25 September 2013

I truly love this place. It has its own charm and very relaxed atmosphere. It also seems to be always rather full- which is always a good sign. I like the fact they have more than one kind of coffee to choose from, although they never had Blue Mountain when I have payed a visit :) Menu is short but nice- try Bosacka slivovica (excellent high-quality plum liqueur) with plum beer- this is a must have combination! Cakes are also great. Staff is helpful and as I have observed knowledgeable about city and capable to speak English. I can honestly say that Presporak Cafe is genuine and marvelous place.

“Cafe culture tucked way”
Reviewed 24 February 2013 via mobile

Just off Klariska, this is a cafe you need to look for, but the effort is worthwhile. It is small, but lovingly furnished with a range of antiquities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful - they'll even take the time to tell you about Bratislava and Slovakia, if not too busy. the Coffe is good and there are a wide selection of teas too - I found the lavender a nice if unfamiliar taste. The cake selection is limited, but homemade and looks tasty. Here is somewhere to relax and soak up old town atmosphere - and be treated as an individual.
