Booked over the phone - they were curt to the point of being rude, and insisted that we had to arrive exactly at the specified time. This we did, and found a sign on the locked door with a number to call.
We called repeatedly and there was no answer. We asked in the (unaffiliated) bar next door where they kindly contacted the owner who told them that he was 'coming in 15 minutes, maybe'. Half an hour later another call and the same response.
We gave up and stayed somewhere else - customer service doesn't get any worse than this, and judging by other reviews I would steer well clear.
