We stayed there for 2 nights. There are two classes of rooms - we have the worse one which you can't see on the nice title photos. It looks like an average 3* hotel room which will need refurbishment in future years (especially bathroom).
Price/value (55€ per night 2 pers w bkfast) was reasonable but nothing special. Guests do have discount of 10% in hotel restaurant but we find the meal overpriced - go eat to city center - cheaper and with atmosphere. We ordered mojito in hotel restaurant and it sucks (srsly a bad one).
Location is near city park - 10mins walking to main square.
There was no elevator. AC was wery weak the second night.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
We don't get the "eco" label - why? There is some bio food in restaurant and that's all (maybe the missing lift? :-) )
