My husband and I stayed at this hotel for nine nights in early September, 2009. We emjoyed the hotel tremendously, The staff was great. They bent over backwards to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They responded, the very best they could, to all of our reuqests. Our 3:30 a.m. wake-up call (to prepare for our flight home) was prompt. The receptionist brought coffee and breakfast to our room, as we completed our final preparations to leave Lithuania. The location is absolutely the best in Vilnius. While one is literally only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town of Vilnius, at the same time, one finds oneself in a hotel located in a quiet and mystical courtyard that provides tranquility and relaxation. This hotel definitely fits the concept "boutique" hotel. It is truly unique, with its location in a seventeenth century monastery. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our mattress and bedding were as comfortable as being at home. We especially liked our bathroom, which was equipped with a vanity and a medicine chest to hold our various toiletries. If one remembers this is a boutique hotel, and not a chain hotel, one can truly enjoy the feeling of visiting a foreign country.
