The rooms are very nice with all the creature comforts with very clean toilets, the bfast was very good and staff was excellent. Conveniently located in the old town next to the town hall and most other sites. Has wonderful restaurants around it

Lovely old building in the heart of Vilnius, lovely reception service who were quick to resolve the problem with my room and heartfelt apologies with complementary fruit in recognition. Lots of historic sites to see, would highly recommend.

This Hotel is masquerating as a "5 star" and this is because the bedrooms are no better than four star. This "Standard Room" was very dark and univiting, stains on carpets, bathroom out of 1980's. No view or light but an internal wall. The first room they gave me was so small that I doubt it rated a 3 star eqivalent around Vilnius. Also it was located up two differnt elevators and one would need a map to find reception again. redeeming features are the hotels excellent location in the old town and service / food is good. But at €240 B&B it is overpriced. I have stayed in many Radisson Hotels internationally and this one is best avoided regardless of the many positive reviews.

I do apologize if our standard room did not meet your expectations. For your better comfort you can always choose our superior or business class, they are usually much bigger in size.
I would appreciate if you give us a second chance and experience our one of the best hospitality in town of Vilnius.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful old building with a terrific location at one end of city square, just opposite one of the landmark churches, a short stroll downhill to Old Town, and its attractions, with amenities nearby.

It has the old and new wings, with the old wing housed in an old baroque building, retrofitted with rooms. Mine was in old wing, with a small room with just enough space around the bed to move around, lurid purple carpet, double glazed windows against the noise. It's not a particularly nice room but forgiveable given the location and sheer charm of the place.

Air cond controls didn’t work very well, the room was warm, but it had a comfortable bed, with a small bathroom, with a cold decor, white tiles, a bit dated looking, but modern plumbing, bathtub and clean white towels.

There's a traditional lounge next to reception and the breakfast layout is gorgeous and instagram-worthy. There's a bright sunny area for seating next to the windows. Service for breakfast is excellent and the spread is outstanding.

Lacking the charm and warmth in the room, the best asset for the hotel are its location and the lovely old building it's housed in.
