We were "upgrades" to the Narutis from Hotel Apia which had "technical problems"....a short five minute stroll away.....the front of the hotel is currently undergoing construction work and was covered in scaffolding and green net
The reception staff were courteous and friendly and we were shown to our suite number 531 via the glass elevator which rises on the outside of the internal walls.....our room was then via a maze of stairs and corridors in which we later got lost and after that used the stairs
First impression on entering the room was the "nice touch" of a bottle of wine and two glasses placed on a table next to a welcome card....when I picked up the bottle I noticed the price tag attached to the bottle.....it remained there for the duration of our stay....extortionate.....as was the mini bar price list
Our suite was warm, inviting and clean......the bed was very creaky although comfortable
The bathroom was wonderful ......until the first shower when I realised the door rubber was broken and the floor became covered in water......we used our clean towels to mop up the water and reported the faulty door to reception......nothing was done until the following afternoon and we had no dirty towels replaced until then
Breakfast was good and plentiful buffet style....chipped plates and cups the order of the day
If you like to sleep don't stay here....with the open well of rooms around the elevator we were constantly awoken by noisy people coming back all through the night
Overall, the staff are helpful, the hotel nice but not excellent but in a perfect location in the old town

Room Tip: ask for a room away from the elevator well

A very nice hotel with perfect location at the very heart of Vilnius. The staff is extremely polite and attentive.
However, the rooms definitely demand renovation. And a double bed was really small for two people.
Moreover, we were disappointed with the breakfast that was more than ordinary. The only exception is champagne for breakfast (that is definitely not the first thing I need in the morning). We stayed another night in a three-star hotel and found breakfast there much more plentiful and tasty.
On the whole it is a good hotel, but to my mind a little bit overpriced.

The Narutis Hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the old town of Vilnius, close to the churches, shops, historic buildings and easy to walk anywhere from here. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The building dates from the 16th century but the service is definitely 21st century.
The hotel Mercedes is excellent, the drivers safe and careful, useful when the taxi drivers appear to all think they are F1 drivers.
Beds very comfortable, bathroom fabulous and the restaurant was lovely, again superb service.

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of my friends and this was our first visit to Lithuania. Such a charming place perfectly located for exploring the old town. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay. Our room was amazing with a lovely balcony. The staff and service was second to none. 4 days was not enough, we wanted to stay there longer :) We are planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at the Narutis.

This was my third visit to Hotel Narutis over the years. From our first experience here 10 years ago to now - the hotel offers beautiful rooms, attentive, excellent staff in the heart of Old Town.

Over my six days here in Feb 2014, Lithuanian independence day was celebrated on Feb 16. Between the Presidential Square where celebratory events started, to the Cathedral - all within a 5 minute walk. The building where the declaration of independence was signed is literally next door. You are in the middle of everything Old Town.

Breakfast is included every day and offers a wide selection of hot and cold items - all of excellent quality. Very good coffee, which I appreciate. The hotel restaurant has excellent food but is occasionally spoiled by poor service. Waiting 50 minutes for an appetizer to me is unacceptable. It was very good but I can't justify 50 minutes.

Rooms facing Pilies street offer beautiful views, but be aware that Pilies is a pretty busy pedestrian area. If you can tolerate a little noise, you won't be disappointed with that view.

Stayed with my Irish friend to show him Vilnius. The hotel is located in a stunning old town building.Luxury is a dominant part of this hotel.Beautiful SPA area with swimming pool, hot tub and saunas.Restaurant serves excellent food.Hotel also offers Mercedes S class service around the city and to the airport which we used once. The staff made this stay so comfortable, especially waiter Alexander, thankyou.I will definetely be back with my friends to show this stunning place. One small negative thing is that mini bar in the room is a bit overpriced. But thats all.Location probably couldnt be better.I had great experience.
