A beautiful building in the old town, location is spectacular in a pedestrian street and has a charming lobby. Boutique hotel? More of a live Escher painting....got a room on the 4th floor but the elevator only gets to 3rd...up and down steps, corridors and voila: a glorified walkway is made into the most ridiculous room i have ever stayed in! The width of the room is the same as the twin bed plus the space for the curtain, if you need to use the washroom be prepared to jump over your partner because there is no other way to get there!
I have issues with my knees and going up and down so many steps can be irksome, we asked to change rooms and I was told that if I am a cripple, i should have said so when making my reservation! Talk about polite incorrectness... I was offered ton change rooms for a discounted 300 euros a night and that was a special price for the room goes for 640 euros....
By the way, they have only 1 elevator that fits 4 people....no luggage! So we stay and wait... The bed covers are rather flimsy and tucked so much that you feel like you are missing covers, the pillows are stuffed cotton balls into nice linens...so yes, flabby sleeps....
The shower in our room has NO curtain, is a fixed height shower head handle so either you water yourself like a potted plant since the shower is exactly that size or like a drunk leaning into the wall.
Breakfast spread is deliciously tempting, plenty of choices but service as polite as they try to be, seems forced. Asked for restaurant suggestions at the front desk and was told go out and walk.
We did and found a nicer hotel up the street.

Super location in the middle of old town with all the fantastic Buildings, vibrant atmosphere, and
a terrasse where you can sit and relax while people pass by, musicians playing and just enjoying the sight. - Room was very nice, although the bathroom was average, and a Little to small, but clean and usefull. Staff is very nice and professionel, and breakfast is served in the cellar, that is
the original part of the hotel back in 1581. - It is really a historical place. - Breakfast buffet is rich and with nice fresh baked bread every morning.
When you have been there for a couple of days, staff almost know what you want and like, and they are at all times very aware of you as a guest.
It is absolutely the right place to stay, if you want a hotel with great atmosphere and good location.

Room Tip: Room 411 is nicely located, but only for 1 person, due to the narrow Space in bathroom. - But nice b...

Locating in the middle of old town this small boutique hotel is so charming, located in 16th century building. Rooms are small (at least standard double), however is enough to feel comfortable. Breakfast is served in basement with arch ceilings, really romantic restaurant. If on holiday - take champagne :) Internet connection could be better. Ppol is free of charge for 2h in the middle of the day. Small, but quite empty, so use this opportunity. Interrior is like in castles, loved that very much. 5* hotel service!!! Will comew back. In surroundings are great restaurants, incl chineese, as well small supermarket...so everything.

Room Tip: If You want a bit spacious room, standard is not enough.

This was a great hotel in a great location in Old Town. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious and decorated with old world charm. The first evening about 3:30 am, we went to use the restroom and found NO water. Called the front desk and was told they didn't know what was wrong. After 3 phone calls, we were told they reset the system and we would have water soon. Never could go back to sleep. The following night the same thing happened except this time we were told that the city randomly selects water systems in the Old Town area to filter for two hours between 3:00 - 5:00 am each evening. This time we were slightly prepared by keeping a bottle of water in the bathroom. Even though the bed was comfortable, we had another bad night's sleep. When we checked out we again brought the problem to the hotel staff's attention but never did receive a satisfactory explanation. To have no water for 2 consecutive nights does not seem random.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Anything a traveler could ask for and the wait staff was very prompt and efficient. Because of the water problem, if traveling to Vilnius again, I would select another hotel and confirm the availability of water through my entire stay.

A nice and very cosy in the middle of old town. 10 minutes by taxi from airport cost about 70 litas (about 20 euro). If you order transfer threw Narutis it cost 80-100 litas one way in a fine black Mercedes. Champagne to breakfast was a nice touch. The bed was excellent - very good sleeping comfort. All employees we met was very service minded and made us feel welcomed.

I guess it's because of long existance of this hotel everything here is not excellent, but just good.
Except restaurant in cellar - must visit! So, as for me - there are a lot of fersh new hotels in Vilnius, so let's follow TripAdvisor rating!
