this hotel is in the center of Vilnius, not far from old town; near the hotel there is a big market open from 8 to 24 everyday, in case you need it.

rooms are very clean, quiet, large, with confortable beds; staff is very nice, everytime is ready to help with suggestions about the city; you can keep your keys with you, if you come back after midnight, so you really fell like at home ;-)

Room Tip: on the last floor you have two windows (one on the wall, and one on the ceiling)

Spent two nights here. You wouldn't stumble across this place by accident and the signpost from the road is hard to spot, especially at night, but it was clean, comfortable and well priced. Big double room, with a third bed in it, Decent shower/bathroom and free wifi, although in room 10 it was a little hit and miss. Breakfast is 14 litas, and is an all you can eat continental buffet with a good selection of yoghurts, fruit, cereal, bread, meat and cheese. It's a brisk 20 minute walk to the bus station from here, so well situated, although not on top of the Old Town.

Room Tip: Go on the lower floors for better wifi connection

The personal was very friendly and helpfull! We stayed at this Hotel for one night!
Overall a god stay but it was smelling from the sink in the bathroom.

At least we thought it was!

But than we found at piece of [--] behind the toilet! This is why we cannot give a god rating!

I spent one night in this hotel. The room was nice and small, but not too small. A double bed with one blanket, an armchair, table and a little TV. The TV had mainly arabic channels, which was a surprise, but I didn't come to watch TV anyway.

The bathroom was nice and clean, shower had good water pressure and temperature. The room itself had some light fixtures added some time in the recent past and they hadn't really covered them up with paint so you could see where the wires had been put into the wall etc. But that didn't bother me at all.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The front door closes for the night but there is a doorbell and someone is always at the front desk to let you in if you go out for the night.

The hotel is located inside a block of houses, so it's very quiet and may be hard to find. There is a sign on the street directing you there, so just be brave and go on even though the place might look like some place where you shouldn't go.

The hotel is located just a little walk from the old town. There is a 24/7 Maxima supermarket a block away. No bars or clubs around the area.

The hotel is just great! It is located within a short distance from the Vilnius Old Town (12-15 min walk) in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants, park, public transportation, shops, etc. within 2-5 min walk. There is free wifi in the hotel. Parking is also available
The service is excellent!
Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and in a good condition. You've got AC, hair drier, electric kettle on request. The breakfast is very simple, but OK. I'd suggest not to pay extra for a breakfast in the Telecom, but rather go outside.
I've stayed in this hotel many times and would happily recommend it for anyone coming to Vilnius. Except that if you are looking for the luxury. It's a 3 star hotel:-)

The hotel location is definetely a plus as it's only 20-min-walk away from the main bus station in the capital and also not far from the center in a quiet neighborhood. The staff speaks English, besides being really attentive and always helpful and the rooms are also another advantage - cozy and spacious.

After reflecting on my experience at Telcom Guest, I am happy to acknowledge the positives i.e. good value for money with one exceptions, good location and working fridge and bathroom. However, th exception proved to be the one issue that defined my stay there, and hence it led to me rating the hotel lower than I would normally rate any bad experience. I had ordered a double bed. As I was trying to catch up with all the day's activities, I only went to bed late only to discover that despite asking for a double bed, my bed was covered by a single duvet i.e. the type that covers an average midget, rather than a 120kg man. The fact that there were two of us (hence double. we had learnt that two single bed next to each other were a disaster for both of us) makes the single midget duvet even worrying. I had earlier seen the card advertising 50LT for extra bedding, but I thought this was more applicable in winter and only for people who did not feel a double duvet was adequate. By morning, I was very angry and cranky and notified the hotel receptionist, who suggested that this was the norm in the hotel i.e. even if you book a double bed, you get a single duvet, which is not even enough for one person. While I am prone to save my pennies when I travel, sleeping arrangements are non-negotiable (after, all, that is what a hotel room is there to do). Had the hotel quoted me a room rate which already include the 3euros for the blanket, I would have still chosen them. Yes, it would have put them in competition with two other establishments, but false representation should not be acceptable at a 3 star facility

Room Tip: If you book a double room, ask them about the bedding to avoid any surprises. It could ruin your hol...
