We decided to enjoy New Years Day Brunch at this hotel with some friends. We were a group of two couples and a 4 year old child. I contacted this hotel by email and asked to make a reservation for five and received a response to "fill the form attached with your signature on it so we could charge your card for the service in advance." When I wrote back that I would not send my financial information by email, nor would I pay in advance for a meal, they backed down and "apologized for the misunderstanding".

We went to the brunch which was poorly attended, only one other table was occupied. When we received the bill we were surprised that the four year old was charged 35 euros ($50) the same price for his meal as adults. When we mentioned to the waiter that it was unusual to charge a child the same price as an adult, the waiter said it was management policy and even room service was charged the same for children as adults.

I wrote to the management afterwards to express my surprise, that we were neither offered a children's menu nor were we informed of the unusual policy in advance by the waiter, the manager, Olegas VASINAS confirmed that this is the policy of the hotel.

We have attended brunches at all of the top hotels in Vilnius including Ramada, Novotel, Le Meridien, Kempinsky. No other hotel charges the same price to a child as to an adult. In fact most offer free meals to young children. No other hotel will require customers to pay for a meal in advance or send credit card information by email. We now know that this hotel has very unusual policies and that in order to avoid surprises at this hotel guests should ask about every detail in advance.

We booked this hotel for a Mini Honeymoon. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we could not have been treated better by the staff. They were all universally friendly and helpful. We booked a Junior Suite and without doubt it was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. It was spacious yet cosy and oh so comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also truly exceptional. From the point of view of price, quality of accommodation, proximity ro everything, staff helpfulness, cleanliness, food, value for money and overall experience I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Located in the old town, two minutes from the Town hall and the Gate of Dawn, ten minutes walking from the railway station. Nicely decorated inside, with a lot attention to detail. The staff is excellent and the service is perfect. Reccommend it as a place to stay in that beautiful city.

It seems they treat nice only presidents there, the other normal people are treated like cattle. They can scream and embarrass you in front of the other people or tell you that no one can be in the lobby because some vip person is staying in the hotel. As if you are not a human beeing! Better stay away from this hotel and don't embarrass yourself.
