Stayed at villa Wesset while visiting the spas (the terms and the Dead Sea centre of Spa Estonia), mainly because of the reasonable room pricing and an excellent location (it is located between the two spa centres), but also because of their restaurant.

The room was small (that's rather a rule than an exception in Estonia), but had its own balcony, and a well maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower (some rooms also have bathtubs). The walls could use a lick of paint in the near future, but there was nothing to complain about. Nice decoration, both in the rooms as well as throughout the hotel.

The hotel restaurant has a lovely glass terrace, quite good food (but nothing spectacular) for a reasonable price (main courses start from 9€). The entrees (boeuf a la tartar, ceasar salad) and desserts (lemon tarte) were particularly good. And the hotel even offered an additional 15% discount for us in the restaurant!

Me and my husband booked a romantic package and the hotel indeed made everything they could to make our stay romantic. The room was amazing - wide and super comfy four-poster bed, elegant bath, very big TV and the room was very silent! The view was nice, too, but as I grew up in that town, not anything new for me.
The restaurant staff was very polite and they really knew the etiquette well. Food was fabulous and their restaurant's terrace was nice. What I really liked about the restaurant, was that they had a wide variety of non-alcoholic cocktails in the menu. Usually you can only get juice or soft drinks.
Breakfast was nice. I love fruits very much and they had a lots of fruits to choose from (included home-grew ones, which was a good surprise!) so I could eat only fruits for breakfast.
I definitely recommend this hotel!

I'd rarely give five stars but this hotel was just flawless. Stayed one night, location is fantastic, just a very short walk from the pedestrian town center, the beach, all the city's attractions. The building is a renovated villa and while a bit creaky in some places and with a strange floor plan, is actually rather well-restored - particularly the rooms. Mine was quite big, on the third floor, with a beautiful roomy bathroom and a small balcony facing the town. Check-in and staff interaction was always friendly (very rare in Estonia!). Breakfast was a big surprise with plenty of hot food choices, warm bread, fresh everything. Would recommend easily!

I'm happy to recommend this hotel. The rooms were a little bit tiny, but that's about it, everything else worked perfectly fine. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the 'old town'.

Pretty much everything is excellent about the hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and very warm in the winter. Our room also had a small balcony with a nice view. The breakfast is nothing too fancy, but has a lot more variety than a typical European fare. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful.
There is nothing really to comlain about. Only two things come to mind. One, the knobs on the faucets were reversed (C/F which I assumed to be Caliente and Fria) with C being cold. Another is that the staff might come across as a bit cold or distant, but this seems to be an Estonian thing - they are actually anything but. The location is a bit off the center, but it is a small city with only about ten minutes' walk either to the city or the water park.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a small balcony, which I imagine would be extremely nice in the summertime - be sure...

I arrived there after midnight. Lady at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressively good and the personnel was very helpful. I could recommend this. Especially if you are going too visit Estonia spa or water park as this is just couple of hundreds of meters away from Villa Wesset. Spa Estonia is a very good thing and I would really recommend various spa services, terms as well as Dead Sea pool but the hotel part of it is really poor according to my own experience. Especially, if to think that there are much nicer places to sleep not that far away.
