Stayed one night and hotel location, room, bed and cleanliness was great. Breakfast was average. Staff was terrible, particularly at check-in manned by two unexperienced girls without sense of service. While we only spoke English with the staff, what they didn't know was that one of us is also fluent in Estonian and could understand every word they said about us. If you're hotel staff and want to traduce your guests, don't assume they don't understand your native language...
