We were very excited to visit Tervis Spa but were disappointed as it felt much more like an impersonal hospital than a hotel. Our room looked like it belonged in a hostel or dorm, at best. The breakfast was unbelievably poor, especially for a medical spa. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no air conditioning or fan provided in the room, so it was incredibly hot. The only redeeming factors were the proximity to the beach and some of the staff. I highly recommend staying elsewhere and visiting if you want to use the facilities.
