4 nights spring break in Parnu, 35 euro/night with breakfast, that´s a good deal in my opinion. This price was an off season offer, so you are likely to pay more in summer.
Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. Very clean, spacious room, situated in beach area, Estonian style breakfast was good enough, salmon, salads, sausage, meatballs etc., although same dishes every morning.
Parnu is quiet town in spring, many restaurants closed so if you are not staying in some of the spas, there is nothing much to do. But that´s fine if you just want to stroll around and rest. Parnu is a great place to explore Baltic cities by bus, I did day trips to Riga (Lithuania) and Tarto, which was beautiful and lively university town with lots of young people.
