“If you want to use spa or massage book it in advance!”

In general the hotel is ok. Location is perfect. near old town. We paid 50 EUR per night for triple room, which is good value for money. the room was ok, but too small for 3 people. The reception is locatad 2 min walk at another hotel von Stackelberg, which is a very nice 4 star hotel. Katya at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. other staff were also friendly. For 8 EUR we had a breakfast there, which is not that amaizing but ok and worse it. what we liked a lot is thet at out hotel at underground floor there was a sitting area where you can make a tea or coffee and use glasses and cups. It looks like a bar and we were alone there. nobody disturbed us and we had a good time. We would recommend this hotel for other travellers. But we aware that if you want to use spa facilities or massage you should book it in advance otherwise you it will be fully booked as it happened with us. We only managed to get 1.5 h sauna with jacuzzi on the last day. Its nice but very small. It seems like at the same time there can be up to 6-7 persons.

Location is good - very close to the old town. Budget hotel, but I had all what I needed - big, clean room with basic furniture, own bathroom. Good price for what is offered, and you don't pay for services what are not needed - room cleaning and towels changing every day.
What I did not like - TV remote control did not work, Wifi password didn't work. If your room is on the front, it is very noisy. Reception is at the next hotel.

This 4 star was right in the old town and very convenient. Upon check-in, we were given an option to upgrade to a larger room for a daily charge, but the room originally booked was big enough anyway. The bathroom was a decent size too, very clean and modern.

The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was:
- the toilet inside the room was a bit too high, so not ideal for petite people…
- wifi was not free. I would have though if you’re already paying a higher rate for a 4 star hotel, they could at least provide free wifi.

Overall, a nice hotel in a very convenient location.

I was visiting Tallinn with two friends for a weekend and we stayed in a three bed bedroom in this hotel.

Checking in and getting the key needed to be done at the Stackelberg hotel next door.

Room was clean and modern looking. Three beds were ready for us which made the room seem a bit small. Television was working.

Shower was clean and had hot water. Shower was made to accomodate wheel chair.

All in all great value for the money we paid.

Breakfast was not included but for 8 euros you could have excellent breakfast at the Stackelberg hotel next door.

There was a construction site next door where they started to work on saturday morning at 7:00. This gave a lot of noise which kept me awake. It was good that they were not working there on sunday morning.

Location was excellent, just a very short walk into the old town.

So if you are on a budget and you just need a clean place to sleep when you are visiting Tallinn this is a good place.

I stayed in the hotel in July with 2 other friends for 2 nights. Basically, we only slept there - meaning we did not have breakfast or use any services. Janne on front desk helped us with some maps and basic directions, and over all was very friendly. Her English was very good too. Room was rather small, but comfy enough for a short stay. Room was clean, and quite modern. Wi-Fi worked, that's important. Location of the hotel is amazing. It's just down the hill from the old town, and about 25 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. If you're coming for 1-2 nights, I definitely recommend this place.

The location of this hotel is perfect - just downhill from the Old Town.
Tram station is 5 min away, close to the central railway station.
Take a taxi from the airport - it's only 6-8 EUR (depending on the time of day/night).

The room is basic: beds, armchair, table and TV. The bathroom is OK, even though I didn't like the plastic shower curtain, as I always manage to flood the floors :(
If you stay longer than 2-3 nights you need to pay for the cleaning and for the towels, so plan some extra costs.

Beds were too soft for my taste.

Didn't pay for the breakfast so can not comment.

There's a self catering machine in the hallway with basic toiletries, water and candies, if you get hungry ;)

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is clean and very well located (just 5 minutes walk to the Old town) but the place is very basic. If you find a good deal, then it is ok.

They have a bigger and much better hotel next door, and that is pretty much were you will check in and have breakfast and all that.

Nothing special, I will only be back here if I find a good deal.
