We stayed at the City Hotel Tallinn for about 10 days. A very pleasant experience. Check in is at the corner hotel and receptionists are super attentive and friendly. Room service is an extra 70EEK which includes fresh towels and a made bed. We paid about $44USD each night which included breakfast in a paper bag served downstairs. Breakfast was a simple ham & cheese sandwich, a piece of fruit, yogurt, and a juice box.
What we enjoyed the most was the location. It was a short walk to Old Town. Which the receptionist provided a city map. The room was spacious with English TV channels. Comfortable bedding and plenty of lights. The restrooms offered a lot of room for your toiletries. WiFi was easily available and reliable. Just ask for the password.
