“Great way to see city properly”

Reasonable price. Easy to find stops and takes you beyond the main area where it is easy to walk anyway
We had a lovely warm sunny day and rode up top on green (very good) and red
Just great to sit on and stay on. Or get to w place you want to go and stay for an hour until next bus

“Excellent experience again with Hop on Hop off”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

We caught all 3 buses during our very short stay (just under 48 hrs) in Tallin and thoroughly enjoyed each tour. The buses were clean and ran on time with easy to find locations.

One of the buses takes you sort of out of the city and is the longest trip they run, worth going on as you are able to see the real countryside.

Excellent customer service at all times, grandchildren loved Tallin and we would return anytime and most definitely use these buses again.

I can't see why anyone would make a single negative comment about this bus and the routes available.

“city to fell in love with”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 June 2014

The high light of a short Estonian visit of mine was the visit in the Old city of Tallinn Hansaetic trade city, where from some of the upper windows of the old buildings are still hanging the winches, which were used to hail the goods up.
Most of the roads are still covered by gobble stones and on sides they are borders by many colorful resturants and caffees and flowers everywhere possible.
The town square is flanked by the beautiful facades of the medieval buildings and full of restaurants as well.
On slope of Tompea is the Danish King's Garden, where it is said the Danish flag got its beginning.
Do not forget to visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral on Tompea and the some of many towers around the city like Fat Margaret and Hellemann tower with its open passages and caffee upstairs. From there it is a fantastic view to the Old Town.
I just walked around the Old Town hours after hours and always saw something interesting and shops and places worth to drop in.

“Nice way to spend time in Tallinn”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 June 2014

I have been to these bus tours in Tallinn for 3 times now. This time we were too tired after walking in the old town and thus ended up spending about 3 hours in the bus (green and red). It is still fun listening to commentary, relaxing and watch the town. We took a small break in the Kadriorg Palace garden.

There is a 45 min to 1 hr between two buses.

If you are planning to take this then it is worth to buy Tallinn card as the difference of price is very small. You can visit for example Maritime museum, Kiek in de Kök or Nigvliste Museum.

“Hop On - Hop Off City Tour”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 May 2014

This was an enjoyable trip around the city of Tallinn that was relaxing and filled with interesting architectural and historical sites. There are several tour companies offering hop-on and off buses. We used the Red buses just as the previous reviewer did. The buses are scheduled every 20 minutes (not 90) and the times are noted on clearly visible signs at each stop. There are 3 routes (red, green and blue). If you desire, you can stay on the same bus and see all locations without ever having to get off. Each route takes exactly one hour. We chose to change buses but covered the total 3 hours of travel in only 4 hours. Audio is provided in 12 different languages with very nice quality sound. The cost is reasonable.
