Recently stayed in the Radisson Blu in Dublin, which was far superior. In Tallin, the rooms are very dated, oddly decorated and the bed, linens and pillows all uncomfortable. The rooftop lounge was nice though. Prefer to be in the old town, which is walking distance away.
