This hotel is in a good part of the city very near the tourist attractions. However, the layout is very strange (understandably based on the conversion from an old building) no ac which wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that it's on a busy street so makes leaving the windows open at night somewhat difficult. Originally we were put in an accessible room which was a nice room on a high floor but the bathroom layout was not desirable. Were shown another room that was on the ground floor of the courtyard near the kitchen and breakfast area finally settled on another room on the 1st floor. Rooms are very different so be prepared to look at a couple of them. Found the staff to be generally unhelpful usually a lot of waiting to get issues resolved. The internet service was very unreliable. If I were coming back to Tallinn would look somewhere else. Someone who's less bothered by street noise and doesn't mind a weird layout and doesn't care about internet may enjoy the location and the classic feel of the building.
