We had a two night stay at the Three Sisters. The welcome we received was extremely friendly (they were worried that the fog at Gatwick may have mean't that we could not travel). A complimentary glass of bubbly then a trip in the lift to our Room. Room 26 is beyond words, exposed beam, huge four poster, roll top bath and under floor heating. If we had stayed in the hotel room for the two days I would have been happy!

Whenever we needed a drink, there was someone available, the little area in front of the open fire was wonderful for a late night glass of Vana Tallinn.

Breakfast was great, anywhere that has festive Gingerbread alongside the normal breakfast buffet is fantastic in my eyes!

A 10 minute walk and you are in the main square in December also known as Christmas central! So the hotel more than met our needs on the service, atmosphere and location.

Georgi in particular was a lovely gentleman and very helpful during our stay.

We would go back there tomorrow.

Room Tip: Room 26 - romance personified!

This hotel is in a good part of the city very near the tourist attractions. However, the layout is very strange (understandably based on the conversion from an old building) no ac which wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that it's on a busy street so makes leaving the windows open at night somewhat difficult. Originally we were put in an accessible room which was a nice room on a high floor but the bathroom layout was not desirable. Were shown another room that was on the ground floor of the courtyard near the kitchen and breakfast area finally settled on another room on the 1st floor. Rooms are very different so be prepared to look at a couple of them. Found the staff to be generally unhelpful usually a lot of waiting to get issues resolved. The internet service was very unreliable. If I were coming back to Tallinn would look somewhere else. Someone who's less bothered by street noise and doesn't mind a weird layout and doesn't care about internet may enjoy the location and the classic feel of the building.

Room Tip: Rooms are very different so be prepared to look at a few. Hotel sits on a fairly busy walking stree...

Really beautiful and clean, historical hotel in the old city. Breakfast was superb although the breakfast room was freezing. Rooms are all different, make sure you get one that you like. We changed room since the room we were taken first into was a bit disappointing. Definitely the classiest hotel in the old city.

Room Tip: No 10 is a very private and charming room with own entrance from the court yard. Avoid no 14, rated...

As you walk into this elegant and finest boutique hotel in Tallinn you are instantly greeted by friendly and cooperative staff who exist to accommodate and anticipate your every need. This hotel offers 5 star service and houses the most elegant and private courtyard in all of Tallinn. The restaurant is fine dining with an ever changing menu and in the summertime they offer an amazing outdoor BBQ where you can enjoy a delicious variety of foods and mingle with locals and tourists alike. The best kept secret is the exclusive downstairs Beluga bar where I hosted a private party for 50 people that the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure was a tremendous success but also is perfect for an evening of quiet drinks and cigars with friends. I will certainly think first of Three Sisters in the future when planning events and I cannot resist occasionally stopping by for tea and homemade sweets.

This is one place that I will bring all of my friends and business associates who come to Tallinn and I can be assured they will be handled with the most hospitable care.

I had wanted to stay at this hotel on previous visits to Tallinn and circumstances on this visit made this possible. What a lovely hotel! From the welcome we received on arrival, to the assistance during our stay to the moment we left we felt we were truly a guest and not just people passing through who had to be regarded as a line entry in an account book. The staff are excellent. The hotel itself? Lovely rooms, good free wifi, very comfortable beds, great bathrooms (with a bath and not just a shower) and all the usual amenities. The courtyard is a lovely spot for a quiet drink before heading out for the evening. As regards location, the hotel is in three mediaeval buildings in a quiet part of the Old Town although within very easy walking distance of everything. I am looking forward to my next stay!

This hotel consists of 3 buildings, that's why all the rooms are different and it's worth to watch and compare the rooms before check-in procedure. You will be able to get what you like more. This hotel is interesting to people who likes to see old historical buildings and who interested in the architecture. Staff is knowlegeble, helps to solve all the problems.
A little bit out of the center, less than 10 min walk means that you do not have huge crowds. It's very good point!
