My fiance and I stayed at the Three Sisters Hotel last weekend for two nights. We booked Room 26 which is the Honeymoon Suite.
We cannot make enough great comments about the hotel and our room. Fabulous! Our room was very spacious and even had a couch /lounge area.
We visited Tallinn during the riots last weekend and still managed to have a brilliant time there. Tallinn is small so a weekend is enough to wander round and relax.
Pegasus is a great bar as is a restaurant called House. Ask for the Urg to dine in at the House restaurant - very romantic.
The hotel has a great wine cellar bar with exceptional wines by the glass.
We visited the Telegraaf (new hotel) and much preferred the Three Sisters. We also stayed in the Schlosse hotel which was lovely but nowhere near as nice as the Three Sisters.
