“Interesting”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

We decided to do this hoping it would while away an hour or so. I'm very glad we did because it was very interesting. The guide spoke excellent English and was very informative but the last bit (about the future) was a little strange.

“One of the nicest spots in Tallinn”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

During your trip in Tallinn you cannot miss it! Surrounded by green, close to a small and tiny group of benches, nice the sight from above. Good for taking a rest!

“Potential tourist trap”
Reviewed 23 July 2014

Although interesting, to be charged extra to take photos and to use the terrace to drink your coffee is a little extreme!

“Explore the Secret Tunnels under Tallinn”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

Do something different while in Tallinn, Estonia, explore the fascinating underground tunnels. You need to make advance reservations for this tour, usually one day in advance. And bring a sweater, it's cold down there (blankets provided if you don't). Then you will be treated to a unique tour. It starts with a well done introductory movie giving the history, cutely done so it will also appeal to children. Next you actually go in and explore a long series of tunnels and learn more about how they were used. Originally built in the 1600's to protect the Castle from siege. Also used to move weapons and spy on the enemy outside the castle. Up to WWII where they became temporary bomb shelters. This is an amazing experience you will long remember. I highly recommend it.
