“Cozy, caring and filled with chocolate - must visit!”
Reviewed 23 November 2012

One of the best chocolateries in Tallinn! Lots of handmade sweets and a couple of really tasteful fresh cakes. I suggest to call in advance to book a table, as they only have 4, but size does not matter in this case - handmade chocolate and tea/coffe selection is what matters.
They also have a few bottles of strong alcohol (liqueurs, cognac, etc) to warm you up.
Perfect place to pick up a small romantic present as they have pre-made sets of various types wrapped nicely boxes of all sizes.

They also can make a real hot-chocolate that is made out of chocolate, not a chocolate-powder-milk-mix, as most of other chocolateries in Old Town will to serve you.

Note:
- they are often "booked" after 21:00, so call in advance for late evening desert.
- as space inside is really limited then you might get 2 baby strollers inside but not more. however that has never been an issue for me during the day time.

“Delicious, handmade chocolate”
Reviewed 15 July 2012

Anneli Viik serves excellent handmade chocolates and good coffee in her small cafe in the old town of Tallinn. The chocolates are all named after operas and classical music. Try the Madama Butterfly or Tosca, or any of the other wonderfull chocolates. The service is friendly and I try to visit every time I go to Tallinn. A good choice also for buing a little something for friends and family back home.
The chocolates are about one euro per piece, but well worth the price. However, if you are more into regular milk chocolates etc. This might not be the place for you...
