Stayed here for some 10 times and every time I liked it very much. Room is spacious, very nicely decorated, the bathroom is just awesome. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with the selection of coffees and teas, and window views are all great. They have a nice swimming pool area with two saunas and this is complimentary for the guests. Breakfast is good, although it deteriorated since I was there for the first time. Quality of food is not the one it used to be. Also, in summer time, you might expect to stay in line to be seated for breakfast for quite a time. Oh yes, one bad thing: last time I needed extra bed for my child, I made a note of this when making a reservation, and reminded about it to the recepcionist during the check in. But quess what, I had to ask for this additional bed for three times, and they brought it to me at 21.30, when my child was almost asleep already.
However, it is a nice hotel, and perhaps the best in Tallinn.

The Staffs in the hotel are very helpful and professional. I left my passport & money in the safe after check out. The manager is very professional, efficient and helpful to accompany with me to go back to our room and find back all my belongings within 5 mins. The manager is very professional and efficient. The price of the room may be a bit expensive, but it is value for money, no matter on its service, spa and room's facility.
Here, I want to say thank you for the manager. She is really professional.

Stayed with my husband and we love it. Service was excellent, from Front Office to the restaurant at the top floor! Impressed by the wine sommelier!.
This haven is perfect if you don't want to stay directly at the Old Town area. Very modern, classy, excellent view of the city and for those who have been traveling around the world, this hotel would feel 'familiar' compared to other local chains or small independent boutique hotels. Old Town hotels gets a little rowdy in the evening; depending on where you are and most of the hotels are only a few stories high, so you do get the noise from outside nevertheless, you can get a very small, elegant boutique hotels right in the middle. It takes about 10 to 15 mins nice stroll from Swissotel to the Old Town or to Viru Centre.
If you are staying here, I recommend the restaurant at the top floor! Professional service and a beautiful view with an excellent menu!

I travel all over the world on business and stay in some nice places. The Swissotel Tallinn is one of my favorites. Brand new building. Rooms are the best: beautiful, clean, modern, chic. Restaurant is nice, staff is very friendly. Location is very good (Tallinn is small, so you’re never too far from anywhere). I wish I could have stayed more.

Booked the swissotel immediately and so happy to report back that the stay was superb. Loved the clean, neat and new rooms.. The free wifi was a welcome relief after visiting other hotels in scandanivia. The breakfast was superb with a good variety for us vegetarians too. The only glitch seemed to be with the ultra modern bathrooms where the shower doors were leaky resulting in watery floors. The houseskeeping lady promptly cam in to clean the same as soon as they were informed of the mess.
The hotel is a 10 min walk into the old town.. Some rooms (like ours ) had gorgeous views of the same. Sitting on their windows and perring into they harbour views was really amazing... Thumbs up for the coffee machines that each room had... Loved it totally.
Special mention to the helpful concierge who was very helpful in explaning the city with the very helpfull swissotel personal map.
The pasteries in the lobby looked scrumptious... Have to and will return to visit medival Tallinn once again for sure and this time am sure will stay at this very hotel again.

Took a Viking ship from Helsinki to Tallinn which took roughly 2hours. Intended for a night stay since there's nothing much to do in Tallinn.
Hotel was the city's landmark for Estonian capital revolution. Being one of the most grand building in town. The location is within city and everything is close by. 10mins walk to town and there's everything in one place.
Hotel lobby was very inviting with luxurious deco and seating area. Checking in was fast and efficient. Not much question and we're good to go. Our room was on high floor, 23rd floor if not mistaken. Overlook the whole city and pretty scary at night when the wind blows strongly.
Room was tastefully decorated in modern style, it does feel like in a boutique hotel. Modern coffee maker and colorful ambiance. The bathroom has an oval shaped tub as well as separated shower. Even the bathroom symbolizes luxury.
We even get complimentary spa and sauna at the relaxation floor. The service was excellent and the view from the sauna room was incredible at night.
Breakfast was made perfect and everything is well presented. Lots of healthy choice and friendly staff to attend to your needs.
Going around town takes a short while and the people are friendly but mostly can't speak proper english. The town itself is nice and charming for a stay with family.

Room Tip: High floors room!

My wife and I stayed here, along with the rest of my family, for a week. Service was excellent. Included breakfast was a great way to start the day. We spent a lot of time at the pool and spa. Location is no more than a 15 minute walk to old town --- a beautiful section of Tallinn and Estonia that everyone should make a point to see. And for added convenience a Stockmans grocery store and mall is on the corner that carries everything that you need while on vacation --- daily provisions (like water for those long summer days), an extra memory card (when yours fills up), and cheap shirts (2 euros, perfect for when you run through what you've packed!).

Room Tip: Ask for a room with views of old town Tallinn
