Overall this is an excellent hotel , good quality and good value for money with very attentive ,helpfull staff in fab location for old town and shopping malls.

My son and I had twin room on 3rd floor and my mother had asked for single bedroom but got double bedded room on 3rd floor also. Both very clean and tidy and no noise both with wet rooms. .Wardrobe Storage space was limited and when u opened one side had to push clothes back on coat hangers to open

Breakfast had decent choice and variety for most tastes very similar to fare in Polish hotels including cereals , cold meats ,pastries etc and hot scrambled eggs and meatballs( they could have been hotter)

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilties in room( travelling light meant no travel kettle this trip)

Staff very keen to advise and give hints and tips- great service.

Tallinn itself is a fab place for a city break .The old town was absolutely fabulous.

We stayed Mon - Thursday so avoided stag and hen parties.

Would defo recommend staying here on any trip to Tallinn.

Airport was only 10 mins to hotel in taxi.

Fab trip , Fab hotel, Fab City!

Room Tip: To go to Kadriorg Palace take number 1 or 3 tram

Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from centre of the Old Town. Rooms a little sparse but had everything you could need for a short stay (3 days) including a mini bar.. Bed comfortable and room exceptionally clean. Very nice dining room for breakfast which was plentiful and varied. Staff extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Excellent value all round.

Hotel: The hotel was lovely and clean with large rooms. Hotel staff very friendly and spoke good English. Excellent value.

Location: Good location just inside the old town. The only down side is the front entance of the hotel is right next to a "Gentlemen's Club". So a little embarrassing thinking people thought that I was going there (but no noise and saw nothing). Hotel close to port and I would highly recommend a trip to Finland by ferry.

As many other reviewers have said, the location of this hotel is great - right on the edge of old town, but away from any street noise.
The staff surprised me with roses & a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture (we had never aven mentioned it was my birthday, they had to have noticed it on my passport info.)
I would definitely recommend this hotel, they have an incredibly friendly & helpful staff and you can't beat the location (the rooms are very clean & comfortable, as well.)

hotel was on the tip of the old town 5 mins to the square. staff spoke good English and had leaflets available for the sights. minus 6 out but room lovely and warm. Breakfast decent continental selection. Street map useful and easy to follow. Caught local tram to palace, steady walk back along sea front to town.
