Great Spa at this hotel, check in was smooth, Staff good and service good,
Can get busy at breakfast if you hit at the wrong time, best facilities I have ever used having a beer in the jaccuzzi is a dream.
Only bad point was if it rains and you have and outside facing room it tends to drip on the metal ledge which is annoying.Would stay there again.........no probs

This attractive-looking hotel is well situated near the ship terminal and with a 10 -15 minutes' walk to the old town.
On arrival there was no greeting from the receptionist and no comments when she checked our booking on her pc except when she didn't manage to find it. It appears that there was a probelm with the hotel booking agency (www.booking.com) and our booking, although confirmed in writing and with all details, and according to my documents was prepaid when I booked, we had to pay at the hotel (? again- but will be checking this with my bank now) . Do NOT use www.booking.com when reserving hotels!!!
Double rooms are adequate but small. There is no water-heating facility for coffee or tea and no skin cream or hair balsam. There is an excellent spa facility in the basement and swimming pools, etc. that are certainly popular with youngsters.
However, the spa can onlybe reached by one lift; there is no staircase! When I was there this lift was usually out of action and required someone from the spa to accompany you, get you through the private coded entrance to the ground floor. I hesitate to think of what would happen in a fire!
The worst feature of this hotel was the breakfast circus! The first problem was finding somewhere to sit to eat. It was extremely overcrowded with people searching all over for seats and tables. The buffet breakfast was set out on only a few tables so you had to queue each time you wanted something - queue here for the coffee, milk or juice machines, queue here for bread rolls and cereals (but then you had to go back to the milk machine queue for milk!) Queue here for hot dishes but does anyone really want white scrambled egg? No fried egg and bacon! There was a constant shortage of plates, cups and glasses. The staff cleaning away used plates ran all the time and did an amazing job to keep up with usage but they had an impossible job.
Anyway, who wants to have to fight their way from queue to queue for breakfast? Breakfast should be a peaceful start to the day. Someone needs to organize this properly and I have never experienced such a chaotic and unpleasant breakfast anywhere.
I certainly would not recommend this hotel at holiday time unless the weather is bad and you have kids who like swimming.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting Tallinn. The main reason was to have our niece 10 & nephew 8 use the swiming pool, otherwisw this hotel is not a great one to stay in.
Rooms are small and with the added 1 child in the room (they provide a fold up on the floor mattress for free) its even smaller. Very cheap construction thruought the entire hotel. Not ubs in the bathrooms if you want to give a bath to the kids.

Breakfast was so so. Provided in the big over the top familt style restaurant/ concert hall.

Location is very good for a quick walk to Old Tallinn, about 5 minutes from the hotel is the start of Old Tallinn.

Stayed here in the beg.of January 2011 with family, parents and friends with 2 babies.
What I liked:
1- Nice location – 10 min. walking distance from the city center
2- Room was quite OK, just ordinary room for sleeping , nothing special
3- Aqua zone - clean, quite big and renovated- includes: Salty room, swim pool, Jacuzzi, different saunas. Aqua is overloaded around 6-7 p.m. Unfortunatly did not manage to visit their SPA thought I had a good reviews from locals.
4- Food – we had nice standard buffet in the morning and few visit to their WOK restaurant (at the same room where breakfast run in the morning) where you could choose different foods from buffet (there was really wide assortment to choose: meats, sea foods, vegetables, fruits) and chief prepares it for you through the open window in the wall. That was really tasty!
5- Friendy stuff and good service. We arrived at 4 a.m. and were provided with room within 20 min. then they put us stamp with 24/7 Aqua zone visit even without checking our reservation –actually we did not reserve it. wifi
What I disliked
Everything was fine at this hotel without dissappointments.

I have stayed at that hotel for a week at a conference witch was held at the same hotel conference center. There are several strong and weak sides of hotel.
Strong sides: hotel located 5-10 minutes by foot to the Tallin's old city, near the port, good location to see Tallin andd go for a shopping. Very good conference center and it's area. Hotel has Spa center, witch wasn't expensive. It's really good idea to have some time at the pool or sauna after difficult work day. Hotel and rooms were clean, rooms eqiuped comfortable modern style, bathroom with toiled also was ok. The food was monotonious, but quite delicious.
Weak sides: because this hotel very polular (or maybe I was at very busy season), a lot of people are coming, staff at the reception is tired and not smiling, the same at the restaurant. I didn't like restauran't area - long tables, no chances for individual meal. The bad thing about the rooms - some rooms faced to field or street (I'd stayed at such a one), but some (my colleaque had stayed) are faced to spa - pool, so you can't get enought natural light. And I didn't like, that you can't open any windows (the windonws till the ground) because of inter ventilation - conditioning system or smth like it.
I think it's a very good value for money if you have business trip or conference.

The hotel is clean and the decoration can only be described as funky. Rooms are small and furnishings although different are not of high quality beds are for pigmies. Opposite hotel is a night club that opens from midnight till 7am and if you are staying in one of the rooms at the front of hotel, well don't bother to go to bed untill after 7am! .Spa is 16 euros per day, there was a large breakfast selection but as with most scandanvian/ baltic countries this is mostly inedible. Overall there are better and certainly quieter hotels in tallinn.

Room Tip: Definately don't accept a room on the front of hotel due to night club opposite midnight to 7am

Awesome hotel. Glass, colour-changing lights, smart design (carpets loud though!), comfortable designer chairs to lounge in by the bar lounge area. The spa is out of this world - water jets, fountains, at least 3 pool areas (inc. Child pool), swim-up bar with in-pool tables, 2 large, lovely warm jacuzzis plus great relaxation spa incorporating at least 3 saunas of varying heat, fabulous steam rooms and hammam. All ages and nationalities catered for here from babies to silver foxes! Breakfast had a good choice - tea, coffee, cappucino, hot chocolate, milk or variety of juices - all unlimited. Breads, pastries, cake, bacon & potatoes, sausage, eggs, salmon, chicken legs(!), cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit - something for everyone. Service was friendly & top class, especially reception - so helpful. 5 min walk to "Fat Margaret" tower for old city entrance & close to airport bus stop - 96cents each way (No. 2 bus). Some bargain shopping at local harbour outlets for souvenir liqueurs etc. Tallinn is beautiful & this hotel was fabulous - highly recommend to all.
