We stayed 2 nights in Tallinn and were very pleased with this hotel.Room was clean and it had tv,ironing facilities, nice bathroom,mini-bar and very comfy beds to sleep in :) We booked the hotel at a very cheap price and it really was worth it! It is located near the harbour and it is about 5min walk to the Old City.We liked it very much :) Although,if you are a smoker, this might not be the hotel for you.You can only smoke outside the hotel, smoking in rooms etc is prohibited.

I had booked a twin room for two nights and prepaid through a link from the tripadvisor website. I arrived at 3 o'clock local time and queued for over twenty minutes. I was then informed that they had over booked by 50 rooms. I asked was this a joke but was told I was going to be staying in an alternative hotel. The comedy got even worse when I asked to show where this hotel was on the tourist map and was told it was "just off it" and only "a 10 minutes drive" away. When I asked was there some where nearer I was told that was not possible. Strangely when I asked for financial compensation for this I was offered a meal at their buffet. I asked what star this other hotel was and when I was informed that it was a lower one - I stated that this was not acceptable, and despite what was said earlier the receptionist managed to get us a booking in the Park Inn which was five minutes walk away. Tallinn is a lovely city - but this is a hotel that let's it down

My wife and our 4 year old daughter stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful hotel. Due to some airplane trouble we arrived very late ( 2am local time ) but check in was smooth and very helpfull with the luggage. The regular room was spaceous and cleaned pristinely throughout our stay.
During our six day stay we never noticed unacceptable shortages during breakfast. At the bussiest days staff were clearly pressing themselves to keep everything available. The variety was good, fresh fruits, cereals, youghurts, cold nordic fish and vegetable buffet, hot sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon to keep the Brtish and the Germans happy, coffee, thee and juices. So the concerns about breakfast on this site probably come from people who lack 1 minute of patience before the one item in 50 they can't possibly do without turns up. If there is room for improvement it's the quality of the buns, but they can hardly discredit the freshness of everything else.
The hotel is modern and quiet. We never had any trouble sleeping even during the marinadays that took place right outside the hotels waterfront.
The main town is near enough. In 5 minutes you reach the gate at fat margaret, where you can take trams or enter the historic old town. Crossing is easy with traffic lights. The main shoppingmall "viru keskus" is also a 5 minute walk and the traffic on the bizzy road stops very courteous for pedestrians crossing.
Dinner at the hotel offers very good food and drinks and is glad to make your child feel welcome. The dinerroom does seem to take more customers from tourgroups than regular guests, but we never had to wait for more than 15 minutes for our orders on the two occasions we used it.
After the check-out we could leave our luggage in the looked-after cloackroom and enjoy the remaining day in Tallinn before we took our late-afternoon flight home.
It was our first city-trip with our daughter and it seems to me we couldn't have made a better choice.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April and were not dissappointed. The hotel was clean, smart and modern. It was about a 10 min walk form the old town which is no issue and that was at a stroll. It is located next to the ferry and local busses and a shopping centre next door. The hotel was full when we were there and we had not problem with any news. One thing that could be improved was the breakfasts it was basic but was ok. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Spent the weekend at this hotel located in the harbour area.

Checkin was both fast and friendly. Had booked two rooms for four persons and asked for connecting rooms. We were offered suite instead, which we gladly accepted.

Suite was spacious and very up to date in all respect.

WIFI was free and having acceptable speed.

Breakfast was our major disappoint at this hotel. Quality and selection is far below Choice hotels standard else in Scandinavia.

Old town is within walking distance from this hotel as it took appr 15 minutes to get there.

During night you could hear a lot of partying people shouting and singing all night long. This was very bothersome !

I would not recommend to stay here during weekends if you prefer a good and quite night sleep.

Even though the location isn’t the best, it’s not THAT far from the town centre. It's within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay, couldn’t have got a better value for our money. We stayed in a superior room, and though we were expecting twin beds, that's something they apparently only have in their standard rooms. The room was HUGE and even had a balcony. At arrival we received several bathroom cosmetics, and the slippers and robe were changed every day.

We wanted a spa treatment, and the receptionist was very helpful finding a suitable spa hotel and booked everything for us. Once I wanted to go to town but it was pouring rain, so the receptionist had the hotel’s mini bus drive me, free of charge.

Stayed here for 2 nights.
The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and attentive. They helped us a lot. They spoke Russian and English. And they booked us a taxi at very low fares ( there was a charming girl with dark shoulder-length hair at the reception, she was always smiling and really helpful!)
It was inconvenient to use a card to start the lift. But we lived on the same floor - so, this time it was OK.
The room was quite good, but I would rather prefer having a kettle than an ironing desk in the room. And it was a little bit cold in the room. One more desirable thing is to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels and clothes. But thanks for the floor heating in the shower. Wi-fi was available. In general the room was OK.
What I didn't like was breakfast. At breakfast the restaurant is overcrowded and there're lots of queues. One more problem is to find a vacant table. And not even vacant but cleared. The waiters worked lazily and were absolutely inattentive. Sometimes we needed to ask several times for clearing the table.
The variety of dishes was low and sometimes food was already cold. The buns happened to be not fresh (they were really tough).
It is allowed to live with pets in the hotel. And once it happened that one girl came with her dog for breakfast. And when she was eating, the dog put her front legs on the table trying to get her owner's food. It was absolutely terrible! So, I think that it's about the bad management in the hotel-restaurant. Someone should control this.

The location, to my mind, wasn't convenient. It is quite a long way to the center. Maybe it's because of winter and lots and lots of snow and ice covering the ground that it took us 15-20 min to get there.
