“Great Hotel Most Helpful Staff”
Reviewed 13 May 2013

Stayed here for 3 nights in May, could not recommend it more highly. The staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are very nice, great location and views of the marina were great. Breakfast was very good and bar very nice. Its location was excellent in the harbourt with a short walk 10 minutes to get into the old town or a very short taxi ride using the hotel own taxi.

Its hard to find a fault with this place. Stayed 3 nights here, we arrived very early but they still managed to accommodate one room for our group to share until the other 3 rooms were available, which they didn't have to do - nor would it be expected (certainly if it was a UK hotel!!). Some of the rooms had an awesome view out to the harbour, some towards a shopping centre - guess that's pot luck, however the interiors of all these rooms are near perfect, even the mini bar was reasonably priced. The food was excellent and the late night bar snacks of a quality far superior that their price - top marks. I read the bar closes early, it quietens down but they will still serve you, surely that's a good thing!
The location is perfect - close to the new town, close to the old town, close to the walk to the seaplane tourist area and right in the harbour. The only issue I had is the gym opens late and the sauna closes early for free guest use! The sauna's are also single sex which is a bit poor if you are a couple but perhaps that's European style. They are in excellent decor and well worth a visit though, even if you have to sit separately! The hotel is very secure, well staffed, very clean and tidy and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time in Tallinn.

We chose this hotel because it was half way between the ferry and Tallinn's lovely old town and for one night it was just fine. It is a standard business hotel but is clean and functional. Our room was good with a balcony, looking over a marina and a half view of the town - room facilities very adequate and a nice bathroom.

It was let down by a very poor breakfast - a bit of a scrum and mediocre food and choice.

very good hotel nearby terminal D for those traveling with a ferry is very convenient... nice room clean big and comfort.... breakfast is good as well...staff very helpful

the only thing (and I will not stop writing about this cause it's a shame until they all change their policy) is the fact that they give you rooms with no view every time you book through the internet... rooms most of the times are at the end of the corridor....and this is a real shame.
from now on I will always put "terrible" concerning the service and by that I mean the fact mentioned above.

The hotel is located in harbour, a walk from Tallink terminal and other side of port from Viking or Eckerö line terminal. It is less than 10min walk to the old town. A car park is in garage for extra fee and there is a shopping center across the street. The rooms are modern and a basic equipment - tv, fridge, with minibar, hairdryer, phone, safe, and free wifi. The room and hotel is clean and tidy. Our room was spacey. A hotel restaurant food was ok and breakfast was buffet style with good variety. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel gym is free for guests.

Very nice location, comfortable, clean rooms...Many with a view of the water. Attentive wait staff, friendly...Needed updates on lobby furniture and carpets.. A four star hotel to me, is the San Francisco Fairmont, Mauna Kea on Hawai'i or the Waldorf in New York. This is not to shame this hotel. It's managed professionally with friendly people.
Restaurant and bar prices are actually inexpensive!....The complimentary breakfast was adequate and stable. Walking distance to the wharf, old town, auto-rentals and the modern downtown....I'd stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for as room over the water

The breakfast buffet was really god, great coffee.
The rooms were clean.
We we're three people sharing a room. That ment one double bed, and one pull-out couch. The couch thing was horrible. If we hadn't been three in the room, everything would have been good. Location was really great though.
