Great wine selection and food, with friendly staff and great value. Once found ( in the old town of Tallinn) definitely worth going!

This is the same as Must Lammas. Time for Tripadvisor to merge these 2 strands! Please. (Am I at 50 characters now?)

Back in the bad old good days, Georgian food was one of the popular options in the Soviet Union, and it remains popular in most of the former Soviet Republics. There are 2 Georgian restaurants in old Tallinn -- the Georgia Tavern and Must Lammas. They are both very good. This is the more fancy/upmarket one. The pretensions don't quite always work but you'll have dishes here that you might not get anywhere else, and they make a real effort with them. We had a dish of mixed appetisers, nearly all delicious, and then we both went for what was advertised as trout with estragon, plums, and raisins. However, they were out of trout the night we went and substituted with salmon, which was also deliciously moist and given an nice sour-sweet twist with the fruit. It was accompanied by a purple vegetable called Turkish beans (very tasty in a red cabbage sort of way) and potatoes gratin, topped with a whole baked bulb of garlic. That seemed a bit unnecessary to me! The Georgian wine was fantastic and the service friendly. Although it isn't the most polished up-market restaurant I've ever been to, it was delicious and special. Tired of "international food" in Tallinn? In the mood to try something a bit different, but not "medieval"? This could be it

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we liked it very much. The food was tasty, the service was friendly and the atmosphere peaceful.

Very friendly and good service. The Chairs was probably times of Soviet union and I think it is a jewel of decoration. Food was also verry good for fair price.
