“Just across the street from the Old Town”
Reviewed 1 November 2012

We came here just for one night quick trip to see Old Town of Tallin. For such a trip this hotel is a great thing. It is just 100 meters from Old Town so the location could not be better. It takes just 20 minutes by bus number 2 from the Airport to get here and the price is just 1 EUR ... for the bus :)

Hotel looks like a modern property, the building outside is made of nice, colourful glass. Rooms are spacious, clean, everything you need is there. The bed is big and very comfortable. The room has a view on the busy street but it was very quiet inside.

Breakfast in the morning was very busy, lots of people coming in and out, however there is no problem finding a spot for us. The food was ok but it just didn't get me on my knees. Not something I would die for, just regular breakfast. I just remember that they did not have any pine apple which I love to eat for breakfast desert.

The price for the room was 140 EUR which is quite high for 4 star hotel during the weekend (saturday / sunday). The hotel is nice but during the weekend it sould be not more than 100 EUR.

Their location is excellent, just few steps from old city and harbour. Very convient for sightseeing. The service is good and friendly in all deparaments. Our room was nice designed, modern and clean. Despite the view overall the busy street it was also very quiet. Nice and new bathroom. Breakfast was good and with good choice of everything however there is no enough tables in the breakfast area, so it colud be crowded especially during the weekend's days.

It is very modern and Scandinavian design. Rooms are good and big. Personal great and parking under the hotel. Did not eat on the hotel other then breakfast and it was nice.
Have stayed there 4-5 times so that says I like it. Cold get an early check in.
The only thing you can have an opinion on is that it is out side the old town but next door on the other hand you do get parking instead.

Room Tip: Stay by the main street the rooms far in the back can be cold

Stayed here for 3 nights, 12-15 October, and was great from start to finish. Even though
We arrived early, 11.30, our room was all ready and waiting for us and we were
Checked in straight away. Room is large, bed was extremely comfy and full size
bath with powerful shower a real bonus after a long days sightseeing. We had a room
facing the Main Street, and although the traffic is really busy, it never interrupted
our sleep, was well soundproofed. Full sized window gave us perfect view of life outside!
Breakfast each morning was perfect, the best I have been offered in any of the
Hotels I have visited in Eastern Europe, and there have been many. Breakfast room busy
each morning, but always found a seat, and food always hot and plentiful. Hotel
is in excellent position, literally 3 minutes walk to the Viru gates! Wouldn't
hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

This is a very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. It is well located in the centre of town.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as there was no table service and the buffet seemed like a bit of a scrum in the rather cramped restaurant area downstairs.

Not as nice as the Swissotel down the road, but still a very good place to stay overall.

Great placement Old town just outside the door. a quiet room. Clean, comfortable, a very good breakfast, wifi is good, Service is great.
Restaurants, nightclubs and bars just outside the door.
Take a short visit to the mix of old industribuildings and modern architecture in Rotermanni quarter behind the hotel. A lot of trendy shops and some nice restaurants/bars also.
Taxi from and to airport was ca €7,-.
I will stay here next year also.

sadly no great view from my window but quiet

Room Tip: Depends the one faceing the busy street gives a nice view but metal against metal from the trams in...

We've stayed here for 2 nights during weekend in October. The hotel has very convinient location - 2-3 min to the Old City Viru Gates. We used spa-zone on the top floor with the magnificent view over city. Our room was also on the 8th floor - it was pretty large and had everything we need, including hair-drier and wi-fi. The staff was very nice. The breaakfast was very rish and various. All in all -nice place, perfect location, would definately recommend.
