“Nice Hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2013

I agree with what most of the other reviewers have said. This is a nice hotel in a good location. (Although, we had a bit of trouble finding it after arriving by boat from Helsinki--I think construction was blocking a few key street signs!) We ended getting some sort of a suite that had two rooms. (I am not sure what it was called…) This might be a good option for families with a child, as we had a roll away bed in the living area for our son.

Also, just to note, double check on the room service charges with the front desk if you get a suite! I was surprised that my room service charge was less than expected. (When does that ever happen?) Anyway, they told me they waived the room service fee because we were staying in a suite. I would have ordered a smoothie every morning had I known this, as the price was quite reasonable without the additional fee! We found the room service for breakfast to be very convenient and everything we ordered was delicious. It might be worth it to double check if this fee is always waived for people staying in a suite!

+ Great location next to the old town
+ Excellent breakfast, better than in other hotels in Tallinn I have visited
+ Clean rooms and very comfortable bed
+ Friendly staff
+ Safe parking hall (17€/24 hours)
+ The pool looked nice (I didn't have time to try it)

- The pool closed at 10 pm

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 8th floor, nice views.

At the edge of old town, clean, stylish and modern hotel. Nice sauna&pool. Nothing to complain but crowded breakfast. There was shortage if goods tho waiters were running, and finding free table was A challenge..

Hotel room was clean and large. The pool was nice, although water was very cold. The pool is NOT open 24/7 as one reviewer claimed. It closed at 10pm on the weekend we visited (2 weekends ago- in June). Quite close to the harbor and Old Town. Breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room, breakfast was awesome! The breakfast buffet included eggs, sausages, porridge, fruits, cold cuts, cereals, muffins, toast, pancakes, etc. A great value overall!

Excellent hotel, great location, very professional and friendly stuff. I've had stay here 3 times already. Very close to old city and supermarket. The pool is clean and open 24-7. Also , it has a very nice view of Old Town.

The staff at the hotel want above and beyond by spending at least an hour in fixing our broken baby stroller so that we would not have to buy new ones from Tallinn. This was totally unexpected and saved our whole stay in Tallinn. Many thanks to the staff involved! The hotel is very nice and the pool area is enjoyable.

I have now visited about 10 hotels in Tallinn. Now I found a hotel to come back. Helpful and polite staff, international atmosphere and excellent location to come with a car, have a walk at the Old Town or what ever. Just perfect!
